Promenade Grouvelin/Walk Grouvelin

C'est une promenade facile où vos yeux peuvent obtenir beaucoup de plaisir avec très peu d'effort. Le plus simple est de garer votre voiture au « 186 CF de la Cavaillé ». S'il y a de la neige, vous pouvez soit monter à pied (raide), soit prendre le télésiège.

Du parking il faut suivre le TRIANGLE JAUNE vers la TETE de GROUVELIN. Vous trouverez ici un panneau circulaire (1) qui explique ce que vous regardez. Par temps clair, vous pourrez voir jusqu'aux Alpes bernoises !

De là suivez le RECTANGLE VERT ou le RECTANGLE VERT et BLANC jusqu'à l'Auberge de Grouvelin (ou vous pouvez tricher et descendre tout droit en suivant le petit téléski de la piste de l'Ourson 2).

Empruntez maintenant le TRIANGLE ROUGE jusqu'aux Roches des Bioquets (3), cette partie est très idyllique, avec vue sur la vallée, et sur la Crête. Bel endroit pour un pique-nique.

Le moyen le plus simple de regagner la voiture est de rebrousser chemin par où vous êtes venu. A l'Auberge vous pouvez continuer à suivre la route (TRIANGLE JAUNE) jusqu'au parking.

Alternativement, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la carte, vous pouvez continuer à marcher en suivant le RECTANGLE VERT, puis le ROND ROUGE et enfin le RECTANGLE VERT/BLANC jusqu'à arriver à l'Auberge. Nous l'avons fait plusieurs fois et c'est joli, mais c'est une promenade plus exigeante.

Durée: au moins 1H30 aller-retour, mais plus avec arrêts

It's an easy walk where your eyes can get a lot of pleasure with very little effort. The easiest way is to park your car at “186 CF de la Cavaillé”. If there is snow, you can either walk up (steeply) or take the chairlift.

From there follow the YELLOW TRIANGLE to the TETE de GROUVELIN. Here you will find a circular sign (1) that explains what you are looking at. On a clear day, you can see all the way to the Bernese Alps!

From there follow the GREEN RECTANGLE or the GREEN and WHITE RECTANGLE to the Auberge de Grouvelin (or you can cheat and go straight down following the small ski lift on the Ourson 2 piste).

Now take the RED TRIANGLE to Roches des Bioquets (3), this part is very idyllic, with a view of the valley and the Crête. Nice place for a picnic.

The easiest way to get back to the car is to go back the way you came. At the Auberge you can continue to follow the road (YELLOW TRIANGLE) until the car park.

Alternatively, as you can see on the map, you can continue walking following the GREEN RECTANGLE, then the RED DOT and finally the GREEN/WHITE RECTANGLE until you arrive at the Inn. We've done it several times and it's pretty, but it's a more demanding walk.
